From a very young age I've been fascinated by people and the way people do and solve their problems. After a unique childhood and early education in South Africa, I was able to start studying human processes through psychology.

This went on well after university and subsequent travels, visiting and living amongst different cultures has been of tremendous interest to me, giving me valuable insights into people and mostly myself.

As psychology is primarily theory driven, what I needed was an approach that suited me to offer therapeutically self-honouring techniques with rapid proven results.

In Cognitive Hypnotherapy I found what I was looking for as it fitted my personal philosophy with values and beliefs resonating with mine. I'm now confident of giving the very best for the benefit of my clients.

I am fully insured and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
